When will my account be active?
To activate your account, you must click on the link in the verification email sent to you when you registered.
When I try to log in, it said my account has not been activated. What's wrong?

When you get the verification email, make sure the URL is on one line; if it wraps across two lines, the URL may be broken. If so, you will have to copy and paste the entire URL into the address bar of your browser.
I can not register to do updates; it will not take my e-mail address.
You have already registered. You can use the LOST PASSWORD link to retrieve your password.

Check your spam folder.
Do not block email from callokie.com or mail.callokie.com.
Ask your IT department to stop blocking email from callokie.com and mail.callokie.com.

Send another verification email
I have filled out the form and went to the web site to confirm. It says your access request has been confirmed. However, when I tried to login in it says this account has not been activated. Please help.
The URL may be wrapped in the confirmation email; if so, the URL is broken. You must enter the entire URL into the address bar of the browser. Please make sure there are no spaces, and that your entire email address is in the address bar!

Message in window says account not activated or has been de-activated. Received e-mail and confirmation on account activation. Still won't let me log in.
The message saying the account has not been activated is correct. You must click on the link in the confirmation email to activate the account.
Why do you have such a complicated registration process?
We must be able to contact you if there is a problem with your ticket. By requiring you to register, then respond to the email, we are positive that you supplied a working email address. When you registered, you agreed to verify that the information you provided was accurate. If we don't have valid contact information, we can't tell you there's a problem with your ticket.
