Call Center Hours Of Operation

The call center is available to take emergency requests via phone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
However, our hours for accepting normal (48 hour) locate requests via telephone are defined below:

• November, December, January

  • 6:00am - 8:00pm Mon thru Wednesday
  • 6:00am - 6:00pm Thursday & Friday

• February thru October

  • 6:00am - 10:00pm Monday thru Friday
  • 8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday
